It was not made clear at all that by purchasing a pair of boots, I was actually signing up to become a member which resulted in £35 being taken from my account each month without me noticing. The money is not taken out via direct debit so you can't even stop the payments through your bank - you have to go through JustFab's customer services. Before I cancelled my membership, I used the money they stole from me on some of their clothes (as I wasn't getting my money back any other way) and I am so shocked at how poorly made they are. One pair of boots were visibly different sizes despite both being labelled 'size 6' on the sole. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU ENJOY HAVING MONEY STOLEN FROM YOU EACH MONTH AND LIKE RECEIVING POOR QUALITY, OVERPRICED CLOTHING.
