I ordered a bag sent it back as the ticket price attached to the bag was much lower than the website price I had been charged.
My item was acknowledged as returned on 05.06.23, still waiting for a refund 26.06.23. It’s over their 15 working days by a week no answer to emails or contact. Poor service
