I can not comment on the actual goods as they will not be used until next March but they were well wrapped and delivered very promptly. Easy to order and I sent two emails requesting more detail and on both occasions the person I corresponded with was very helpful - nothing too much trouble.
So if the travel seat is as good as the company service, we should be having some very restful flights.
