jet kid bed box arrived with both handles broken and the broken bits were inside lid- this also happened to another jet box we had already which broke on the flight- appears to be a design fault and must happen often otherwise a massive coincidence should happen twice to us- the company replaced the lid with not too much fuss but not in time for our travel- probably would of been better to offer a refund -
