NO SHOW, DIDN'T TURN UP, CHARLIE - MANAGER STARTED LYING TO AVOID CIVIL CLAIM. I hope the management sees this and replies to my emails. 30/12/20 - 4 conversations with Charlie 12.30pm, 13.36, 13.58, 14.01 it was clearly agreed (on every call) 3m cube for 300£ CASH (Calls recorded on King C's phone system). arranged for 31/12/20 9am.Phone text sent to me to confirm) Note - Charlie please make sure that the truck is on time as I have hired 2 labourers specially just for the pour (floor). It's NYE they were expensive to hire. 31/12/20 - 4 conversations with Charlie 10.13am, 11.21, 11.52, 12.02 - 10.13 am Charlie - Truck is on it's way and will be at yours, 30 min. 11.21 - Charlie - Truck is around the corner, 30 min. 11.52 - Charlie - truck is round the corner 10 min. Instead of cash can you make a card payment (for same price) ME- yeah sure I ll call back back with details. Call back - 12.02 - Charlie - Sorry mate cant come now but don't worry I ll reschedule it for 2/1/21 9am. Hung up. (No conversation about card details). Phone text sent confirming reschedule. Sent an email - Me - why did you cancel last minute. I suffered a huge loss and my time scale has messed up, bricklayer cancelled etc. Charlie - Cause I asked for bank details, we never spoke about cash - ABSOLUTE LIE. (so how come you rescheduled it for the second time without card details again) Sent emails after and Charlie not replying at all. So if the management is reading this I urge you to please listen to all the calls (Charlie says all the calls are recorded) and reply to my emails before I make a CIVIL CLAIM. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY AND LIES ON TOP. Horrible Horrible attitude.
