my name is Jules Thibert and I went into the Long & McQuade store on Hunt Club in Ottawa. i looked around for a little while, then I asked one of the employees to assist me with what I was looking for. The person that was helping me is Joseph Fraser [Joe], That was the best decision I made, as he listen to my concerns and asked what I was looking for, and you could tell he was listening. He help me with an electric guitar, amp for guitar and a mic and amp for the mic. When we got home there was issue with the mic, so we decided to return to the store the next day. Joseph helped us again and replaced the first mic with a better one to suit my needs. Again we returned home and the mic had to be put full blast to hear it. I called the store and spoke to Joseph and he said if I wanted to to return to the store with the mic and the amp for the mic, he figured out the issue and fixed it. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for any musical instrument. I would like someone from head office to be sure to inform Joseph of the wonderful customer service he provided me. I would like to hear back from someone to ensure me that Joseph was informed of his great customer service
