Do Not Order from Mamas and Papas!!!! I have had a shocking experience with Mamas & Papas, you can't get anyone over the phone and they just do not respond to emails at all - 3 sent so far over a 3 week period. My order arrived missing an item, have since had no updates about the missing item, no response to emails and have paid for it (no refund in sight), also the account doesn't even list my order like it never existed! Absolutely shocking customer service. Order from John Lewis in future as have never had problems there and their customer service is great! Not what you need when you are heavily pregnant, shop elsewhere please don't give this company your money!
