It's well over two months since we ordered an Oxford cot and Change Table. Both arrived badly damaged. Replacement parts arrived over a month later, just as badly damaged. We still have a cot with no base and a change table with no top. That's what £1300 gets you from Mamas and Papas. We submitted a very reasonable complaint which has been ignored. I strongly advise anyone looking on this page to take your business elsewhere.
