Will not accept their lobster was dried out and explained it was WA lobster ie that’s what’s expected? Also said we hadn’t complained at the time (which I did and nothing was done)
He then said “oh you’re drunk so not listening to you.”
So rude and arrogant and yes unfortunately I referred to him being a peasant.
