Pushchair harness too tight around twins legs around groin area spoke to customer services they explained the child needed to be repositioned. I explained we keep repositioning the Child apparently it’s the heat the clothing and the nappies that we need to take into consideration not the fact that the harness is too tight and should not be sold. It should be taken off the website off anywhere selling this product because my twins this week have done nothing but scream in pain please see photos below
