Ordered a chair from this company in July, with a delivery date of 6-13 Sep. No contact advising of change to delivery window. Upon contacting them several times, we have been lied to and still do not have our item. One rep. said that the item was on its way to them and due to arrive into their warehouse, which it wasn't as now there has been a 'manufacturing issue' and it hasn't even been dispatched from the third party seller. We requested a refund (a not insubstantial £600) and they are refusing to give us it, in spite of the delivery window being exceeded massively and a new, unacceptable delivery window of mid-Nov being provided. They claim that they cannot cancel the order, which is no fault of our own and down to their poor systems and processes. Bizarre and unreasonable company who have our money but have not delivered the item when expected and refuse to give us a refund.
