Bought 3 choclate dispensers 4 months ago from their Leicester branch. 2 of them already not working. 1 has got crack from joint. Second one is not spinning. The branch staff is very incompetent and rude. Can't help after sale.
For my business i need 3 machines all the time but i am running on one machine because they can't give me replacement or exchange.
Over all it was a bad experience and will not recommend any one. Lost lot of business, poor service.
