Disgraceful.
Bought two buffalo blenders in April, after two weeks 2 jugs broke. Apparently this constitutes general wear and tear and must be replaced at my own cost.
It took 3 weeks to get to that point, in the mean time I’d already bought replacements. Nisbets used to be a great company, no longer the case.
