This was my first cleanse and I didn't know what to expect. I took advice from their live help function on the website. I started with a beginner cleanse and really enjoyed it. My main concerns were if I would be hungry but if anything it was the opposite. 6 huge bottles per day. Over the 3 days I lost 6lb and felt great afterwards. Would definitely recommend.
