Wow I lost almost a stone in 5 days doing this amazing juice cleanse. My wedding was fast approaching and I needed to shift that last bit of weight. I had been going to the gym everyday for the last few months and eating healthy and lost a few? lbs. Then I did the nourish cleanse expecting to lose a few more lbs but couldn't believe what I'd lost when I stepped on the scales. I cannot recommend this cleanse enough! I am usually so fussy but I really enjoyed all of the flavours and I felt great. I never felt ill or tired I felt amazing. I'll definitely be doing this again!!
