Awful company, had a fault develop on my lightweight walker, they made it as difficult as they could to rectify the situation.
Telling me me to dismantle and box the Walker up, send it back to them for inspection and wouldn't confirm length of time I would be without it.
Healthcare...??...they couldn't care less...
