A truly terrible company. I ordered a wheelchair and two pressure cushions. 4 months later still no sign.
They don’t answers the phone, lie when they do answer and are rude and aggressive if you complain.
A wonderful example of NHS outsourcing, useless, incompetent, unreliable and unaccountable.
