This situation needs to be fixed. can't the NHS pull out of the contract with this company as they continually fail to meet the needs of clients. Individuals are unable to be discharged from hospital to home due to the lack of equipment available. individuals conditions are worsening because they are bed bound because they don't have equipment needed to mobilise. It's about time something was done. surely one company can't undertake the equipment needs of the whole of the NHS. The NHS needs to start working in partnership with equipment suppliers and cut out the middle man.
