You are a disgrace - I'm going to make a massive complaint. You are a company that does not care at all about the patients that you are suppose to provide for. Your staff are totally unprofessional and very argumentative.
Has someone in the NHS received a back hander because there is no way a company as inefficient as you that should get this contract
