Awful, uncaring and unprofessional company Appalling service. An installer came to fit a stair handle in my elderly parent's home, and his attitude was completely unacceptable. He did not explain what he was doing, was rude when my mother asked for clarification, and when I tried to understand where the handle would be placed, he was vague and dismissive. When we expressed uncertainty about the installation, instead of offering any help, he abruptly said, “okay then” and walked out. This is disgraceful behaviour, especially when working with elderly and vulnerable people who need patience and clear communication. When I phoned NRS to try to rebook, the person was dismissive and didn't acknowledge, apologise or care. I rebooked the fitting, but my parents did not want to go through the hassle of dealing with NRS. I've cancelled - and again today the person on the phone wasn't at all interested. This must be normal for NRS. I expect much better from a company providing services in vulnerable people’s homes.
