Should be zero!
Ordered shoes size 1 for my daughter received 11. Fine... everyone make mistakes. I've send them back with exchange request and received today SAME PAIR OF SHOES as the box had a characteristic mark on it. Never again. Going to send them back with refund request - plenty shops waiting for customers with open arms. Not worth a hassle!
