Visited the store in Bournemouth and was served by Rachel and Vikki. I tried on some white doc martens sandals which were not in my size and none in stock. Rachel & Vikki went out of there way to help, ordering a pair on line for me to be delivered in store for collection. I picked them up the other and really pleased with them. Great service from these two, great store generally and staff very helpful.
