Unbelievably appauling staff...couldn't believe how they blankly refused to engage with me as a customer wishing to make a purchase! Also, having read other reviews today, I cannot believe that the managers/owners etc of this company don't appear to be taking on board, all the negative comments posted in the last couple of years...had they done so, am sure we would, at this stage, be greeted by competent, enthusiastic staff, willing to be the face of a modern, fashionable outlet. I can only imagine that they are not being valued by the company and that their wellbeing is somehow compromised.
