I ordered a pack of Adidas socks for £12.
When they arrived the security tag was still attached. This cannot be removed without damaging the socks. I have sent several emails to Office requesting a solution. I received a response suggesting I return to a store in order to get the tag removed. However I don’t reside near a branch so that is not an option. That is the only response I have received despite sending emails requesting further assistance. A wholly unacceptable situation which has dragged on for almost 2 weeks now. Unbelievable
