Terrible… ordered some birkenstock shoes no where on the website does it state narrow fitting!… had to get a returns label printed as i have no printer… yodel said the barcode was not acceptable .. so had to return them through royal mail at my own expense…. No local office shops within 30 miles to return then… also tried live chat for advice .. just told to sit tight in a queue…. Will not be shopping with office again.
