I had an awful experience with Office Shoe's customer service. I purchased a voucher, and the staff assured me I could use it at any time. However, when I tried to redeem it, I was told there was a strict time limit, which was never mentioned to me before. When I reached out to customer service, they were dismissive and unhelpful, simply stating that they couldn’t assist me. It's incredibly frustrating to be misinformed and then treated like my concerns don’t matter. I feel like my money has been stolen, and I would strongly advise against spending your hard-earned cash at a company that clearly doesn't value its customers.
