I ordered two pairs of shoes in one order. They sent them as two separate packages. When neither of them fit, I went through the process of creating a returns label and it only allowed me to create one, so I attached both packages together. Now OFFICE are refusing to refund me for one of the pairs as "they only received one" and they are not liable as I only used one returns label even though THEY DID NOT ALLOW ME TO CREATE AND PRINT TWO. This is a huge company making millions in profit each year and with insurance to cover losses, but instead they are ripping their customers off because of their poor processes.
