I visited Bluewater branch yesterday (18/11/19) and asked a lady for a pair of shoes in a 4 but was told i have to wait so i waited around 10 minutes and still no service. So, i asked her again and she just said everyone was too busy but she was just standing there doing absolutely nothing. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was and her name was Dawn. Definitely not helpful at all and really rude. Not welcoming and not what i expect in Bluewater.
