I visited Bluewater branch yesterday (18/11/19) and i asked a woman for a pair of shoes in a 4 but she told me everyone was busy so i waited around 10 minutes and still had no service so i asked again. The same woman told me that everyone was still too busy so i asked if she would mind getting them as she was doing nothing but she said couldn't. I asked to speak to the manager and said she is and her name is Dawn. Very rude and not helpful at all. Not what i expect from Bluewater and very hostile service from someone meant to be a manager.
