Finally my shoes arrived, with the shattered box but at least with the product in perfect condition.
However, it doesn't justify the lousy customer service they have and that they have arrived too late. These shoes are supposed to be a gift and because of their incompetence I had to buy other last minute to not look bad.
Never buy online, they will regret it.
The anger they have made me have is not worth what I paid for the shoes.
