Very disappointed with cancelled order 6 working days after the order conformation email stating they were processing my order.
This despite the fact that they state they will be despatched within 2-5 working days.
No time to shop to find an alternative item for a Christmas gift.
Nit happy with the Office reply and response.
Will not use again.
