I returned a pair of shoes to their store after ordering online, after 8bdays i hadn't received a refund. I rang up to be told the payment hadn't been authorised, took a further i days for the money to return to my card. 16 days in total for a refund is apaulling. Fast forward a week i returned another pair of shoes and 8 days later there is still no refund back onto my card. Looks like i have to waste my time calling again. I'd advise to never shop with office unless you're definately going to keep the product.
