Great customer service from Opie, but I cannot say the same about the courier DX that they are unfortunately forced to use. It took DX 3 delivery attempts and when it did arrive the box was damaged and open with items out of their packaging. Spoke to Sam who was very helpful and sounded more disappointed than I was. Opie went above and beyond to resolve things, even though the problem was not their fault as they have no control once the package is in the hands of the courier. Please note all the negative feedback is aimed at DX, not Opie.
