The service initially by telephone was most courteous and answered all my questions. After placing my order, the delivery by carrier was precisely on time and the three 5 litres of oil were well packaged to ensure safe delivery. The only issue with the purchased Fuchs Titan Race Pro R Synthetic 15w 50W oil was that, unlike before, the fact that it actually was "synthetic" was unclear and only found in very small print to the rear. On my earlier purchase of the same oil, the container did head the data details with a clear heading that it was fully synthetic. I am not clear why this is now being omitted which leave the purchaser unclear whether the right oil has been provided?
