The organisation is recovering from the disorganisation caused by that wretched delivery company which blighted all efforts by the team to satisfy customers. Since the return to a competent carter I’ve had no issues with deliveries. The customer service and order staff hung on during the bad times without loosing their care and compassion attributes and are deserving of applause for their efforts. I’ve no connection with Opie other than being a relatively long term customer of Millers oils.
