Went in to Rushden Lakes Phase 8.......for wedding outfit! The staff were so kind and helpful......and stayed overtime to help me get a dress jacket and handbag for a wedding this weekend. I had no luck in any of the other shops. But I like the individual support and help and patience......and I loved the personal stylist and her assistant. I also had a discount.......as it was a lot of money.........and the whole experience proved worth it. This is why we come to phase 8........especially women of a certain age! Coffee and chairs would be lovely too...........especially for stressed shoppers. Ths staff were a credit...........nothing was too much trouble.
