Absolutely terrible company, avoid at all costs. We purchased at great expense an oyster 3 travel system, after a couple of weeks the Isofix base broke meaning we could no longer take our baby anywhere in the car. We reported the fault and went through all the proper channels to get it fixed or replaced and we are still waiting for a response a month later. I have now had to buy another base and car seat which is not compatible with the travel system rendering it useless. My wife has emailed precious little one chasing them on a number of occasions and only receives an Automated response.
