Wish I’d read the reviews before ordering
Nightmare experience
After prolonged delays to delivery time I cancelled my order ( They took payment at time of order) 3 days after cancelling order I get an email to say it has been despatched. Virtually impossible to contact anyone directly to resolve issue. After hours of calling eventually spoke to a customer service rep who could ally advise to not accept the parcel. When I contacted you the courier to try and short circuit the return I was informed they weren’t in receipt at that time but it was in their system and they agreed to return parcel. Still waiting for reimbursement for a parcel ordered 7 weeks ago and cancelled nearly 3 weeks ago. Impossible to make contact other thane email which generates automated response saying they will be in touch. Do they get in touch? .
AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE
