After numerous calls that entailed waiting for over an hour to speak to a customer service adviser that could not offer any help with a resolution, I finally managed to speak with an adviser named BECKY who could not have been more helpful. True to her word, my reimbursement was in my account the next day. If you have the misfortune to be in a similar position, I suggest BECKY might be the go to person to resolve your issue.
