Yes, their prices are normally very attractive compared to the competition.
HOWEVER...
The first time I used them the goods took a very long time to arrive, but I was kept well informed of this fact both before point of order and during the delivery window.
The next 2 orders I placed with them have caused me nothing but trouble.
Why I even gave them a second chancr I'm not sure.
Order number 2 never arrived, the dispatch date went further and further out, overv1 month of not receiving the item and various "help ticket ping pong" I cancelled the order (this act alone was far harder than it should have been).
I should have known better, but I decided to give them another chance and recently placed another order.
Latest time for dispatch (their words not mine) was 10 to 14 working days.... 2 months later and still nothing, no communication to advise of any delays. Needless to say I cancelled the order.
I'm still awaiting the return of my monies, which precious little one have been accruing interest on for nearly 2 and a half months now.
Absolutely shocking service, yes there is a pandemic but at least try to communicate with your customers, and rectify any problems in a timely manner!
There will be no third chance here.
