I placed an order for two items (Christmas gifts) at the beginning of November, items I understood would be dispatched at the end of the month. Now received correspondence that those items are now delayed, to be dispatched on 9 December. Yet on the website the items aren’t now available until January? I’ve since emailed customer services requesting a refund as I can source the items much sooner. I’ve then been on the phone to Customer Services for over an hour this morning to request a refund before the items are dispatched (their email response time is 8-10 working days!) - only to be cut off?! Is anybody there? My order number is 2201578. Very disappointing service.
