We ordered a Mamas and Papas cot bed from this company a month ago and it arrived in terrible condition. It was broken in several places, cracked on wood and dangerous for a child. I immediately emailed and received an email for more pictures. I have now sent several emails and had no replies for 3 weeks. I also spent an hour on the phone line to be cut off. I don't know how we will get a refund or replacement. This was a much needed item and we do not have the funds to just buy another. I have never known customer service so negligent. I think our only option will be to contact our credit card company. I find it difficult to say not to use a company but as I am very concerned about our money please don't.
