Ordered a doll on 8th November. Had message to say estimated dispatch date 30th November. Then another message saying it was out of stock and asking if I wanted to order something else. I wanted the doll for a birthday present before that date so have since been chasing for a refund. Each time I send an email, they give my complaint another 'ticket number', so I have several complaints registered, but only ever get automated email saying 'we are still working on....' etc. Tried to phone, hang on for ages. Last time message was they only work till midday! Very angry with them. STILL WAITING for my money back. Surprised they have not gone out of business already. I've order loads of Christmas presents from other online suppliers and most orders arrive next day or within 48 hours. DON'T USE PRECIOUS LITTLE ONE! unless you like losing money.
