I ordered a moses basket and stand in November,they sent delivery note saying it would be delivered 17th December (tomorrow),I ordered for my daughter whos baby is due January. Received email today to say its delayed and won't be delivered until 29th January!!!the baby will be here long before that!I tried phoning for a refund, but lines apparently closed at midday, so I have emailed, after reading all the reviews on here im going to claim money back through PayPal, terrible customer service will never use again!
