We placed an order on 9 November 2020 for our grandsons Christmas present with this company which was for delivery at the end of November. Following an email on 9 December 2020 from them telling me that the delivery will not be in the timescale as detailed in my order, I immediately emailed them requesting the order be cancelled and issue a full refund. Like other complainants all I received were several automated email replies saying they are dealing with my request. I also tried to contact them by phone, again with no success and get cut off after 30 mins. After several subsequent emails asking for the order to be cancelled I have now received the unwanted order. To return the order by their courier will cost £16.50, a cost which I have disputed with them, but as usual there is no reply. I will never deal with this company again. I have now been in contact with PayPal to raise a dispute with this company.
