Never again will I shop at precious little one and judging from these posts - I think people are feeling the same. Ordered my item in October, delivery was on time but the item was damaged when it arrived (in transit by the look of the boxes). I Contacted them immediately and they said they will investigate. Then they closed my ticket as solved! I emailed again and a new email ticket was opened. Many chases from me and ignored, then finally offered 10% refund for the damage. This item was for a gift and I paid over £150 so this is not helpful. If I wanted a damaged/second hand item I would have gone to eBay and got it much cheaper. Have been ignored now for another month so will call the the credit card company and ask them to chase now. I’ve spend enough time and received many auto responses. I will inform others of my experience. Kiddies kingdom have been great for my purchases if anyone wants to look elsewhere.
