WORST BABY COMPANY OUT THERE.
I pre-ordered a nursing chair on 24th September and the day it was supposed to be dispatched (30th November) they emailed me to say it wasn't available and to pick a completely different item or get a refund. I asked for a refund but have received nothing other than emails saying they're still working on the ticket. I then received an email out of nowhere on December 9th saying that my item is going to be dispatched from their warehouse on 26th February - 4months after I ordered it, 1 month after my baby is due and 10days after I have already requested a refund and the cancellation of this order. I have tried calling, emailing, filling in their contact page and only received an email on 16th December saying they have cancelled my order but I still needed to wait 10-14 days for it to arrived - although I no longer have any trust it will actually arrive even within that excessive period time. As a result I am now £200 out of pocket at the worst possible time of year and have had to order the item from another company to have it arrive in time for my baby.
