Website was easy to use and pay. Product I paid for is excellent (mamas and papas ocarro) it was delivered after only a couple of days so all good service there.
However the 'price promise' advertised on the website is a load of rubbish I found it cheaper else where and contacted precious little one and I was told they wouldn't match the price I had seen elsewhere as they would make a loss, so I have been left over £200 out of pocket and not even offered anything by way of good will gesture.
