The worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you buy something from a company and you are unsatisfied with it then you have the right to a refund. You have told me I can’t return the buggy when I am within the 14 day cool off period?! You have made me chase up every single email and are now completely ignoring my emails. Hence why I have now taken to social media to try and get your attention again!
I’ve never been treated so badly but a company before, I’m utterly disgusted!
