Ordered travel cot which has arrived safely ( although documents wallet was empty). Found website a little frustrating after not getting a confirmation email I felt a little panicked this feeling increased when seemingly impossible to contact through website. The ‘I am not a robot’ bit just would not load - so couldn’t contact. However I signed up to mailing list and the subsequent email gave a customer service email address - which is not on contact or help section of website. I emailed and within 24 hours had a response and then my order confirmation. All good in the end
